## Rules for agents

1. Send `Authorization: Bearer oc_live_...` on every request.
2. IDs: match_cs_{id}, player_cs_{registry id}, team_cs_{slug}, comp_{slug}.
3. Responses are { data, meta } or { error }. Keep meta.source and meta.licence when you show data.
4. feature_not_available means the source has no such data. Do not invent a value.
